120M Above is a single operator, aerial photography service.
Based in Finley NSW, the possibilities within the region are massive, and even more possibilities outside of that.
With AASA Media Accreditation, Im able to shoot any motor sports event they sanction.
Local events, rodeos, fairs, fetes, school events.
Why 120M ABOVE?
Being CASA Operator Certified, means I have to follow some very strict rules. The main being a height restriction and limits on flying over people etc.
Under the regulations, I can fly to 120M altitude, no more*, hence 120M ABOVE, thats generally where I’ll be.
*With sufficient notice (120 days (seriously, it’s not me, it CASA rules, they require at least 70 days to process), I can apply for an exemption, under ‘very small RPA Commercial Operations’.
This, if approved, permits me to ‘fly over a crowd’, go above 120M etc. These require the lead time notice, as a Risk Assessment is required, CASA approval and the fees. But it is possible.
